I manage several Airbnbs across Kansas, Oklahoma and Missouri.

com/users/477667820/listings (use the map view to zoom in on your area and the listing I manage in that area will be shown) I am looking for someone to clean between checkouts during the week and/or weekends between 11a - 3p.
The basic duties include:
Changing beds, washing & drying all linens and towels Wiping down sink, toilet and tub in all bathrooms Emptying trash Wiping down sink, counters and table in kitchen Washing, drying, & putting away any dishes (guest should be doing this but there might be some on occasion) Sweep / Vacuum the floors Mop as needed Generally keep common areas clean & tidy ALL CLEANING SUPPLIES PROVIDED All tasks generally take around 2 - 3 hours to complete.
The pay is a flat rate per cleaning project depending on the size of the property, and the rate is set to compensate you around $25hr for the amount of time it normally takes to clean the property.
For example, a small two bedroom apartment might take around 1-2 hours so the rate would be $50.
All pay is done via direct deposit within 7-10 business days depending on your bank.
Please note due to the nature of Airbnb short term rentals there may be several checkouts in a week, or none at all.
But on average there around 10 - 20 reservations a month ranging from 1 to 5 days.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
