Job SummaryThe EDI (Electronic Data Interface) Coordinator will be responsible for the implementation, technical specification mapping and ongoing testing and maintenance for partners using EDI files for the purposes of exchanging business documents.
This role focuses on delivering excellent service, maximizing operational efficiency, working with internal and external EDI systems and teams, and timely project management.
Essential Functions Analyze partner requests for EDI file and mapping set-up.
Suitability of transaction type, plan design, and EDI platform.
Design and test map documents to production environment per timelines, and production instructions.
Monitor and analyze inbound/outbound EDI files daily to resolve and address issues, effectively communicating status, issues, and timelines to partners and internal teams.
Lead the process for resolution focusing on reducing impact to the partner and business.
Maintain EDI status tracking and management reporting.
Collaborate and communicate cross functionally with the Customer Service and Sales departments, partners, and external vendors to address test and production issues in a timely manner.
Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for partners and internal operations for EDI workflow, process, and procedures.
Assist in identifying opportunities within the EDI process for service delivery, operational efficiencies, and effectiveness.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with our partners and business team while concisely and effectively communicating status, issues, and timelines.
Job QualificationsRequired Business experience in mapping and trading partner compliance, including Customer Service Order and manufacturing processes.
Exceptional service, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be self-motivated, organized and results oriented Aptitude for technical procedure and processes.
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to develop strong working relationships with other departments, partners, and external vendors Strong MS Office Suite knowledge, namely MS Excel required SQL (Structure Query Language) nice to have but not required Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred 3-5 years insurance industry experience required Must have a general knowledge of manufacturing environment and order lifecycle Excellent project management experience with demonstrated end-to-end results EnvironmentHybrid environment and in-office days in controlled climate conditions.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
