Senior Sonographer - $5,000 Signing Bonus
$5,000 signing bonus if hired by September 30, 2023!New Frontier Mobile Diagnostics (NFMD) has an immediate opening for a Vascular/General/OB-GYN Sonographer.
Our mission is Imaging for Everyone, and NFMD improves health outcomes for underserved populations by making diagnostic imaging more affordable and accessible.
We do this in a couple of ways:
We provide quality on-site imaging in doctor's offices, clinics, and care facilities within our service area.
We also provide Share a Sonographer temporary staffing services to local hospitals to help alleviate staffing shortages.
Qualified candidates must have a current ARDMS-issued certification.
Preference will be given to candidates with multiple certifications, but not required.
The ability to communicate effectively with patients, care team staff, management, fellow sonographers, and our partner physicians is critical for this role.
Quality imaging and patient care are our top priorities.
Current COVID vaccination is required.
This is a full-time salaried position targeted at 40 hours per week.
No weekends, evenings, holidays, or call are required.

Responsibilities:
Provides high-quality, compassionate care to patients in clinical settings.
Produces quality diagnostic ultrasounds by using proper equipment technique and compliance with NFMD imaging protocols.
Works with NFMD Management to create and implement processes focused on excellent service delivery.
Maintains orderliness and cleanliness of all equipment and practice property.
Follows the NFMD Scope of Practice and Clinical Standards guidelines, per practice policy.
Qualifications:
Associate's Degree or graduate of an accredited Technical School Required:

Years as Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT), other ARDMS credentials welcomed BLS obtained through the American Heart Association Current vaccination records, including MMR, TB, Influenza, and COVID vaccinations required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Position Details:
Location - Kansas or Missouri, portable equipment used at network facilities.
Shift - Flexible, Hours limited to 7a-7p, M-F; Full Time Benefits - Health, Vision, Dental, LT/ST Disability, Vol Life, Company Car or Car Allowance Dependable transportation and commitment to timeliness required.
