We manage several Airbnbs across several states.

com/users/477667820/listings We are looking for someone to clean between checkouts during the week and/or weekends between 11a - 3p.
Please note:
You are in control of what days you accept cleaning jobs.
We only request you clean at least one property within your first 60 days of completing onboarding, and at least one property every 90 days to be considered an active cleaner for us.
The basic duties include:
Changing beds, washing & drying all linens and towels Wiping down sink, toilet and tub in all bathrooms Emptying trash Wiping down sink, counters and table in kitchen Washing, drying, & putting away any dishes (guest should be doing this but there might be some on occasion) Sweep / Vacuum the floors Mop as needed Generally keep common areas clean & tidy ALL CLEANING SUPPLIES PROVIDED All tasks generally take around 2 - 3 hours to complete.
The pay ranges from $30 to $100 per checkout depending on the size of the property, and is paid via direct deposit within 7-10 business days.
Please note due to the nature of Airbnb short term rentals there may be several checkouts in a week, or none at all.
But on average there around 10 - 20 reservations a month ranging from 1 to 5 days.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
