Responsibilities:
Maintain impeccable organization of all projects, including proposals, accepted proposals, and order confirmations.Handle phone calls and emails from stakeholders, ensuring queries are resolved or directed accordingly.Collaborate effectively with general and sub-contractors.Manage schedules for installers and manufacturer deliveries.Oversee proposal development, particularly for insurance, bonding, licenses, and other items as stipulated in RFQ/RFP.Exhibit prowess in understanding RFQ/RFP, order documentation, and contractual obligations.Desired Skills and Abilities:
Exceptional client communication skills.Aptitude for relationship building.Capable of managing multiple contacts and requests.Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Acrobat.
