tv, LLC is a well-established e-commerce business focused on sales of Video Conferencing Equipment to the national and global market.
We are looking for an energetic, intelligent individual with demonstrated good judgment, excellent communication skills and strong work ethic.
This full-time, non-exempt position will have responsibilities in shipping, receiving and inventory management.
Responsibilities include:
Skillfully package and process items for shipping domestically and internationally Identify proper shipping methods according to customer, vendor, and company policies Receive shipments including verify contents, manage all documents, match deliveries against purchase orders, update inventory, file and save documentation Insure product quality when shipping and receiving items Process sales orders, pick, record, and pack equipment for shipping Audit and report inventory items when they are getting low Request Packaging items such as boxes etc when needed Be proficient in using software such as, but not limited to, QuickBooks, ShipStation, Outlook, Microsoft Office, FedEx and various online shipping and CRM applications Work collaboratively with staff Ethically handle confidential financial information Other reasonably related duties to support success of the business Experience/Skills Required:
Experience shipping and receiving Personable and friendly Positive outlook with the ability to promote teamwork and good working relations Good work ethic Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks Strong attention to detail Superior data entry and accuracy skills Basic typing skills Basic mathematical skills Demonstrated good written, verbal, problem solving and organizational skills Proficient in computer software programs, such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Quickbooks, Shipstation and standard internet applications The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Experience/Skills Preferred:
Previous packing and/or shipping experience Previous experience with distribution or supply Job Type:
